WHY MY MENTAL HUB
Train the mind like
you train your serve.
Concentration, emotional awareness, recovery after mistakes and decision-making under pressure are skills. Young tennis athletes can learn, practice and strengthen them, building confidence and autonomy on and off the court.
MENTAL TRAINING IS A SKILL.
OUR MISSION
Mental training is a skill. Not a therapy.
MY MENTAL HUB is an educational platform dedicated to mental skills training for young tennis athletes. Our purpose is to help athletes progressively develop practical psychological and behavioral skills that support learning, performance, self-awareness, emotional regulation, confidence and autonomy.
Just as players practice their serves, footwork and physical conditioning, they can also practice concentration, emotional awareness, recovery after mistakes and decision-making under pressure. These abilities are learned, practiced and strengthened through consistent training.
A shared responsibility. A distinct role for everyone.
Athletes
Learn and practice mental skills: focus and refocus routines, emotional awareness, confidence-building and training and competition reflection journals.
Coaches
Teach and reinforce these skills on the court, supported by educational resources and practical exercises.
Head Coaches & Academies
Head Coaches coordinate and supervise implementation. Academies create structured learning environments with dedicated implementation tools.
Parents
Learn how to provide constructive emotional and motivational support through practical guidance.
Each participant has a distinct role and appropriate level of access.

What we do not do
MY MENTAL HUB is not a psychology or psychotherapy service. We do not:
- Diagnose mental health disorders
- Provide psychotherapy or psychological treatment
- Assess or treat clinical anxiety, depression or other mental illnesses
- Replace licensed mental health professionals
- Provide emergency mental health services
- Guarantee competitive results or the prevention of psychological disorders
If a young athlete shows signs of significant psychological distress, the appropriate response is to involve a qualified health professional and follow applicable safeguarding and emergency procedures.
OUR EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
Train the mind. Support the person. Develop the athlete.
We believe mental skills should be taught progressively, just like technical and physical skills. Our goal is not to eliminate emotions or prevent every difficult experience. Our goal is to help young athletes recognize what they feel, understand their reactions, develop constructive responses and become increasingly autonomous. These skills can be useful both on and off the tennis court.
Educational Mental Training — Not Psychological Treatment
MY MENTAL HUB provides educational resources for sport-related mental skills development. It does not provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy or mental health treatment. Its content is not a substitute for care from qualified health professionals. For significant psychological concerns, seek appropriate professional support.
